Two ways in. Calls are taken at any hour of the day or night. The booking page lets you choose a visit time yourself; visits run eight in the morning to eight at night, every day.

- The $89 visit covers coming out and diagnosing the fault in full, and all $89 comes back to you as a credit on any repair you go ahead with.
- Licence
- Licensed, bonded and insured. Ask on the phone and you will be given the licence number; it is simply kept off the website.

The booking page lists open visit times and asks for the model number and a line on the fault. With those two things the likely band can often be named before the visit.
